Returning a Purchase:

Please contact us before returning a purchase. Include the original order number, which product you are returning, and your name. We will provide you with a return address, RMA number, and other relevant information. The RMA number is valid for 10 days. We cannot refund any returns that have not been authorized.
All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging; therefore, keep all packaging, instructions, etc. until your are sure that you are satisfied with the item you purchases. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Damaged Merchandise:

If a shippment arrives in bad condition or damage to the product is caused by the shipping company, please, notify the company immediately and report the damage. Also, notify us so that we can assist you in solving any problems.

Shipping Policy:

We ship with US Mail, Fed Ex and UPS depending on the size of the package. The actual cost depends on the size. weight and distance. We know that you would like your orders to be delivered as soon as possible. Normally, we will ship orders the following day. Should the item not be in stock at the time, we will notify you immidiately to make arrangements. Some of the products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and delivery my take a little longer. Most carriers deliver within 3 - 5 days.
